From the Bakery
Our regional baker from Reith delivers the best rolls, buns, and breads to us daily. Our sweet bread is homemade, and the croissants are freshly baked every day. The nut and poppy seed strudels come from Knittel Bakery in Reutte. Gluten-free bread is available by pre-order.
Cheese & Dairy Products
The sliced cheese is produced by Tirol Milch. Other types of cheese are purchased in organic quality whenever possible. At the buffet you’ll also find organic butter and homemade organic spreads.
From the Butcher
Because a healthy breakfast is important to us, our selection of cold cuts is limited. In return, we place great importance on the best quality. Our bacon is smoked and produced in our in-house smokehouse.
Mueslis & Jams
All in organic quality! Various mueslis and granola, homemade porridge, seeds and nuts, hazelnut-chocolate spread, and sweet honey from the region. Especially popular with our guests are the homemade, fruity jams.
Vegetarian & Vegan
The braided sweet bread, our porridge, and some spreads are vegan. There are vegetables at the buffet, and the organic eggs come from happy hens in the region.
