Trail Map
- The network of cross-country tracks around Seefeld is made
up of 283,5 km of trails of all difficulty ratings in classic
or the faster skating style - and with plenty of alms for a welcome
pause.
- The Olympic Games of 1964 and 1976 and the Nordic Ski World
Championships of 1985 were held here ...the Seefeld plateau is
undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cross-country skiing areas
in the world
- The Seefeld Ski School with its 200 nordic and alpine ski instructors
is ready for you, with classes for beginners to advanced, or
lovely ski tours for experts:

- Since 2009:
Cross country academy with Martin Tauber, our professional instructor
www.xc-academy.com
- Seefeld's network of cross country skiing trails has been developed
and expanded tremendously over the last few years. From 2004 there is
also a night skiing trail (A1), that is also, when necessary, able to
be covered with artificial snow. This trail begins at the Seekirchl and
leads into the Mösern valley.
- All trails have also been newly marked and signed. 31 "stamp-sations"
have been installed for those who collect them. Those who are proud of
the prowesss can fill out their trail card and then apply for their
bronze, silver or gold badge at the local tourist office. (Small cost.)
- Total cross country trails on the Seefeld plateau: 283,5 km. Of them
62,20 km are purely Classic – all others are freestyle trails.
- Freestyle means that the trails have been widened to 6 m in width and
can be used in either Classic- or Skating-Style. Friends or partners
can also enjoy the beautiful scenery alongside one another.
Difficulty levels are marked on the cross country trail map and on the
list below: blue = easy, red = medium, black = difficult, F=Freestyle
K=classic
