We ourselves have discovered that WALKING IS SO MUCH MORE than
we previously thought. It is a great opportunity to rediscover the basics
of life, to experience nature and our surroundings with every sense,
and to appreciate culture.
It is a tremendous force for balance, for both relaxed personalities and those who are under pressure, and this kind of force is not to be found in a 500m2 artifical "wellness world", but in a forest or on a mountain peak or at the side of an alpine stream.
