Mountainbiking in the Karwendel
Seefeld and the Hotel Olympia are an ideal departure point for fabulous
mountain bike tours in the Alpenpark Karwendel. With around 730km2, this
is one of the biggest protected areas in the eastern Alps. The Karwendel
guards its unique and unspoiled nature.
Especially unusual is the contrast and connection between the nature and the nature-friendly land usage in this area. Barren mountain pastures with their working huts; fairytale valleys surrounded by imposing peaks; vertical rock walls descending to flower-covered fields; mountain forests above breathtaking gorges where turquoise mountain streams run at the bottom...
